Use is restricted to editorial inclusion in user's own publications, and not for resale, trade, packaging, promotion nor advertising. Due to copyright laws in North America we can only provide and sell images to registered companies in the fields of media or advertising. Images retrieved may not be altered or manipulated in anyway whatsoever without the written authority of Storms Media Group Inc. All reproduction and/or representation will bear the obligatory photographer's/agency credit. The publisher agrees to send all proof of publication to Storms Media Group Inc, which will be used to bill reproduction/representation rights on a non-exclusive basis according to the pre-agreed fees.

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS
The user may request a Reproduction Right to any picture received. Nothing in this agreement obliges Storms Media Group Inc. to grant any Reproduction Right requested by the client. A Reproduction Right is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, personal license to reproduce a picture once only, in a single magazine, periodical, newspaper or similar publication, published only in North America, and subject to the terms of this agreement. The fee for Reproduction Rights shall be as agreed between the parties before the granting of the Reproduction Rights. Each agreed fee is for a maximum reproduction size. If the client reproduces a photo at a larger size than agreed, it shall pay an increased fee. All invoices shall be paid within 14 days from the date of invoice. If any payment is not made by its due date Storms Media Group may terminate, or where possible, rescind this agreement.

"Storm Media Group" and the StormsMediaGroup.com logo are registered trademarks of Storms Media Group Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission.
